Fitness Program

Age-appropriate fitness programs that aim to develop overall conditioning and athleticism. Team-based programs add elements of competition, and or play-based programs teach proper movement patterns through fun and games.

Cris Palanca

Founder

Coach Cris and his wife Angela are the founders of AE Performance. He studied International business at Nudgee International College in Brisbane, Australia, and is Titliest Performance Institute (TPI) Certified. With 7 years coaching experience, he continues his practice as a part-time Coach in AE, an Entrepreneur, a Fitness/Sports Enthusiast, and a father of three.

Joseph “Joe” Suarez

Fitness Trainer

Joe is a BA Communication Studies and a minor in Political Science from Christopher Newport University, Newport News, Virginia, USA and was an NCAA DIII student-athlete. He is a Professional Golfer on the Philippine Golf Tour, and his certifications include EXOS Performance Specialist, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist, NSPA-Certified Weightlifting Performance Coach, and SuperSpeed Golf Level 1.

Karch Camangian

Strength and Conditioning Coach

Coach Karch graduated from University of Santo Tomas with a major in Sports Science. He is currently taking his Masters in UP Diliman for Human Movement Science. Current SnC Coordinator for DLSU Integrated School Former Collegiate and Semi-Pro Volleyball SnC Certified Highschool SnC Specialist (IYCA).
